This study is motivated by the developments in the debates in the literature about eco- innovation. This study aims to analysis the mediating role of gender diversity in the relationship between eco- innovation and firm value. This research uses multiple regression analysis of 37 listed companies on the Egyptian stock market and ranked in Egyptian index for corporate social responsibility (S &P\ESG Index) during the period from (2016 to 2020). The results demonstrate that the relation between eco- innovation and firm value is positive and significant, and the presence of board gender diversity has a significant and positive impact on the relationship between eco- innovation and firm value. this study can be used to provide the Egyptian government information regarding its support for the business-based environment by making restrictions more stringent and offering financial incentives to businesses that use eco-innovations.
